ADULT DANCE CLASSESpresented by the cincinnati Yoga School The class is the building block to a deeper practice. Learn and practice the fundamentals of yoga, including 23 different postures and 5 breathing techniques. Pace is gentle stretching, to help you slow down, relax, focus. Go at your own pace, using props and teacher guidance for variations. Bring a mat and wear loose clothing.
Begins Sept. 19 Thurs. 6:30PM Classes run 60-90 Minutes
