Welcome to the Center for the Arts Wyoming:Cincinnati String Academy The Cincinnati String Academy (CSA) at The Center For The Arts is home to some of the best private music lessons in violin, viola, cello, bass, piano, harp, guitar, bass guitar, drums, voice, and composition/songwriting/recording in the Greater Cincinnati area. Our Traditional String program accepts children and adults of all ages and abilities interested in learning classical as well as contemporary styles of music. Our Suzuki String program offers private and group lessons in violin, viola, cello and piano, to beginning students as young as 3 years old using the methods developed by Dr. Shinichi Suzuki.
The Center has become one of the first art schools in the nation to use cutting edge technology to expand your musical horizons. Our new Music Technology Lab offers extraordinary classes with state of the art electric guitars, keyboards and drums in our new computerized facility. Throughout the year, classes in recording, songwriting, and composition are offered, as well as Studio Band opportunites for students to play together as a band and perform regularly here at our facility. Other music opportunities in the CSA are String Orchestral Program for string students from elementary through high school ages and the Musik Kids program featuring the MusikGarten Curriculum for babies, children and families.
