Registration FeesPrivate Lessons, Orchestra, Music Technology
Annual registration fee covers student from August to July. The registration fee is waived for parents of students enrolled in programs/classes. PoliciesAdvance notice of 24 hours is required for a lesson cancellation. Cancellations should be made directly to the instructor, or call the The Center For The Arts (CFTAW) office if the instructor cannot be reached. Instructors are not required to make up more than one missed lesson each quarter, and only lessons missed due to an emergency. Lessons missed due to other events (such as soccer, football, swimming, or some other outside activity are not considered an excused absence). The make-up lesson will occur during the designated make-up week at the end of each quarter, or earlier if instructor is able to schedule it earlier. Instructors are required to make up any lesson or class canceled due to instructor's illness. For severe weather conditions, please call the office for a recorded voice message, visit our website homepage or check Local 12 TV or 700 WLW radio for cancellations. Art, Musik Kids, Dance Program or Orchestra/String Group Classes will not be made up due to cancellations from severe weather conditions. SAFETYEscort your child directly to their class/lesson and pick them up promptly at the end of class/lesson. It is not the responsibility of the faculty or staff to supervise children outside of their class/lesson time. You will be responsible for any damage to the CFTAW property committed by your children when not in the class/lesson. REFUND/CREDITThe yearly registration fee (see page 14) is non-refundable. Tuition and class fees are refunded only where there is documented illness or injury and requires a written statement from a physician or medical establishment. Class fees will be refunded if a class is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment to run the class. DISCOUNT POLICYThe Cincinnati String Academy offers a 10% discount for each additional family member taking private lessons. WAIVER LIABILITY POLICY The student enrolled and participating in the classes at the Center or its Satellite locations does so at its own risk. The Center will not be liable for any injury sustained or will the Center be responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of participation in the class at the Center or its Satellite locations. Enrollment in classes and lessons at the Center or its Satellite locations will automatically mean that the student and/or parent accepts this policy and will not hold the Center liable for any injury sustained as a result of participation in the class at the Center or its Satellite location. USE OF PHOTOGRAPHY and VIDEO Byparticipating in programs at the Center or its Satellite locations youagree to our use for publicity and advertising purposes of anyphotographs, videos, art work, or any other publicity materials createdwhile you participate at the Center, without any further compensationto you or any other third party. What information do we collect? Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.
How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
Do we use cookies?
