Registration Fees
Private Lessons, Orchestra, Music Technology
- All Programs ................................................................$20 Annually
- Sibling (in same program).........................$10 Annually
Annual registration fee covers student from August 2007-August 2008
The registration fee is waived for parents of students enrolled in programs/classes.
Registration fee is $10 if enrolling after March 2, 2008.
Policies
CINCINNATI STRING ACADEMY CANCELLATION POLICY
Advance notice of 24 hours is required for a lesson cancellation. Cancellations should be made directly to the instructor, or call the The Center For The Arts (CFTAW) office if the instructor cannot be reached. Instructors are not required to make up more than one missed lesson each quarter. The make-up lesson will occur during the designated make-up week at the end of each quarter. Instructors are required to make up any lesson or class canceled due to instructor’s illness or weather emergency. For severe weather conditions, please call the office for a recorded voice message, visit our website homepage or check Local 12 TV or 700 WLW radio for cancellations. Art, Musik Kids and Dance Program Classes will not be made up due to cancellations from severe weather conditions.
SAFETY
Escort your child directly to their class/lesson and pick them up promptly at the end of class/lesson. It is not the responsibility of the faculty or staff to supervise children outside of their class/lesson time. You will be responsible for any damage to the CFTAW property committed by your children when not in the class/lesson.
REFUND/CREDIT
The yearly registration fee (see page 15) is non-refundable. Tuition and class fees are refunded only where there is documented illness or injury and requires a written statement from a physician or medical establishment. Class fees will be refunded if a class is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment to run the class.
DISCOUNT POLICY
The Cincinnati String Academy offers a 10% discount for each additional family member taking private lessons.
Midwest Modern Music School, The Art Workshop and the Wyoming Dance Center offers a 10% discount for each additional class taken within the same term, or for additional family members registering for the same class.
